Most projects draw on several of them at once, which is why we keep the trades in-house rather than subcontracting each stage to a different firm.

The work that decides how a finished room actually looks and functions. We take these on as standalone jobs as well as part of larger projects.
Most building projects need several trades in a fixed order. An extension needs groundworkers, bricklayers, roofers, electricians, plumbers, plasterers, carpenters and floor fitters, roughly in that sequence, and the electrical first fix has to happen before the plasterer arrives or the walls come off again. When each one is booked separately, the programme is only as reliable as the least available of them — and the gaps between trades are where weeks disappear.
Because our trades are directly employed, we control the sequence rather than negotiating it. That is the reason a project with us has one programme rather than seven, one point of contact rather than seven, and one company answerable for the result at the end of it.
It also means the finishing stages, which is where most projects overrun, run to the same programme as the structural work at the start.

Both. Some of our work is a full extension or whole-house refurbishment, and some is hanging a door or fitting flooring in one room. Small jobs are often easier for us to schedule than large ones, so it is worth asking even if you think the job is too minor to bother a building contractor with.
