Prime Build Works Limited has delivered extensions, loft conversions, roofing and full property renovations across South London since 2012. We work from our base in Balham with a directly employed team, handling structural work through to final finishes on the same programme. That means one contractor is accountable from first survey to handover, rather than a chain of subcontractors passing the job between them.
Nine services, one team. Most projects use several of them, which is why we keep the trades in-house rather than booking each stage separately.
We have been building in South London since 2012. In that time the work has ranged from single-room refits to full structural extensions, and the approach has not changed: survey properly, quote in writing, and put the same team on site from start to finish.
Most of our trades are directly employed rather than brought in job by job. That matters more than it sounds. When the carpenter, the kitchen fitter and the flooring team all work for the same company, the finishing stages of a build stop being a series of handovers and start being one continuous programme. It is the single biggest reason projects slip, and it is the thing we control.
We are based at 46 Rudloe Road in Balham and work throughout South London — Clapham, Brixton, Streatham, Tooting, Wimbledon, Mitcham and Worcester Park among them. We also take on extension, loft and refurbishment work across North Kent, including Gravesend, Dartford and Northfleet.
Every project starts with a site visit. We measure, look at the existing structure, and talk through what you are trying to achieve before quoting anything. You then get a written quotation broken down by stage, not a single lump figure.
Once work starts you have one point of contact for the duration. We agree working hours and access arrangements up front, keep the working area sealed from the rest of the house where you are living in, and inspect at each stage against the agreed scope before moving on.
